Notes:
Above table includes volumes of refiners and gas plant operators as a total over the entire given year.
Leaded gasoline was a component of avearges and totals prior to October 1993.
"Sales to End Users" is an average of sales through retail outlets and sales to other end users
Sales to "other end users" are all end-user sales that were not made through company-operated retail outlets, e.g., sales to agricultural customers or utilities.
"Motor Gasoline" Sales to End Users were calculated by VCCER based on EIA data for individual grades.
W = Withheld to avoid disclosure of individual company data.
