  • Note on production wages, 1994: Wages for 19 mines producing 1,001,661 tons were unavailable, and have not been included in these totals.
  • While calculating total number of mines in 1993, mines changing ownership at mid-year have been counted as a single mine.
  • "Producing Mines" includes all mines reporting production greater than zero.
  • N/A refers to data unavailable from referenced sources at time of last update.
